We had a wonderful time at Clarion Collection Hotel Packhuset. The room was clean and large and the bed was very comfortable. We really liked the presence of a rich buffet for breakfast and dinner, as well as coffee with cake every afternoon. We also profited from the gym and the sauna, which are available for guests.

The breakfast was very good, one of the best I’ve experienced. About the location, it’s good, easy to access and easy to park the car. A big plus is that it’s very close to the city center but still far enough so we could sleep well without any disturbances in form of noise.

Great location near the main train station. Bonus to get fika and dinner in the package, as well as breakfast. Had a balcony as well, which was small, but nice to sit on in the sunshine. Easy to store luggage until the room was ready.

Repurposed sturdy seafront building.Simple rooms, good value including evening meal. Walking distance to Kalmar Slott-well worth a visit.

The location is excellent. Breakfast & dinner hours are long an there are many options. several outdoor seating areas including one patio on the water.

The hotel’s commitment to sustainability and being Green” was only one thing we appreciated and liked. The place is newly renovated and we’ll done in that respect. The location was fabulous, within walking distance of the Kalmar Slott, old town and the Cathedral. And, it’s on the water.

The location is fantastic, very close to the train station, the shoreline, and the castle. Breakfast was very good and the included evening meal was a nice addition. The building had a lot of character.

Nice, comfortable room. Corteous staff, easy check-in/out. Very clean. Nice breakfast.
