Very helpful and friendly staff, great breakfast. Comfortable bed and good bathroom facilities. Room was right on the water and door opened to a little deck. Very nice, although the weather prevented us from fully appreciating it. Convenient to the walled town and the university.

Our room was clean and cozy. I loved how Clarion maintains the homey feeling in its hotel design. Our toilet was clean and modern which is always appreciated as I have been to more expensive hotels with moldy bathrooms. I love how there is free coffee in the hotel lobby and a small bar to cap the night. Jens, the front desk personal was lovely to talk to and assisted us from my frantic parking phone call to loaning mobile phone chargers. Kudos to great customer service!

Good location, very close to the water, the old town and there's a shopping center and Supermarket just 100m away. The breakfast and dinner are great, although the main dish during dinner (at least for us) was some form of meat over a period of 6 days(beef, chicken, pork). Some variation, pasta or sth similar would have been a welcome break.

Pleasant hotel near the harbour of Kalmar in walking distance to the city centre. I had a room with a view of the harbour, which was really nice. Very good breakfast, wit lots different options, including (but not limited to) fresh bread, fruit, cheese. The evening meals were also fine (it's not à la carte, but it's still good), and so was the Swedish fika in the afternoon with coffee & cake (which I really enjoyed).

The location was excellent for seeing Kalmar. Quiet. Wonderful breakfast with alternative milks. Friendly and helpful dining staff.

Perfectly located a few minutes walk to Kalmar train/bus station. Efficient friendly staff. Stayed twice in a fortnight. Buffet breakfast was adequate . Self serve tea/coffee in the entry foyer at other times. Bathroom and bedroom more spacious than expected. Gymasium and relaxed hotel ambience .

Amazing, caring staff. Everyone Cheerful happy and helpful I liked the generosity of the hotel, lovely to have coffee on tap and afternoon tea. Delicious breakfast! Especially liked the loose tea and fill your own teabag option. It was spotlessly clean everywhere

We had a wonderful time at Clarion Collection Hotel Packhuset. The room was clean and large and the bed was very comfortable. We really liked the presence of a rich buffet for breakfast and dinner, as well as coffee with cake every afternoon. We also profited from the gym and the sauna, which are available for guests.
